Glazed Fruit Salad

This recipe was shared by Darlene, a friend of mine. She brought it to a luncheon one time and it was awesome. Haley, my newly discovered neice, and I made it for her "Welcome to the Family" potluck. Her boyfriend loved it so much he went back for seconds and thirds.

Glazed Fruit Salad

1 can of madrian orange segments
1 can of pineapple juice
1 can of peach chunks
1/2 of grapes (optional)
3/4 cup of sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced
1 box of instant vanilla pudding

Drain orange and peaches and pour into large bowl. Drain and RESERVE the pineapple juice. Add just the pineapples to the bowl along with the rest of the fruit. Mix well. In a seperate bowl mix the pudding mix and pineapple juice thoroughly. Pour over the top of the fruit mix. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. GREAT ON HOT DAY!!!!
